Starting A Business: Six Steps to Success

This quick, two and one-half hour overview will look at the basic questions to consider as you think about starting your business and gives you some of the planning tools and resources that will help you succeed. It is intended as an introduction, and will briefly address topics and issues you need to think about and plan for.  You will leave with a “workbook” that can help you write your business plan.

Topics:        
·         Is your business idea a good idea?
·         Do your numbers make sense?
·         Where will the money come from?
·         Making it legal
·         Put it on paper – Your business plan
·         Use your resources

Cost:       $30 per person - Pre-registration is required.  (Early Bird savings -- $25 if registered one week in advance!)
               Seminar fee includes presentation and a copy of the workbook.

Registration is limited by room capacity.  Sessions may be cancelled if there are insufficient pre-registered participants.
Cancellation policy:  Full refund if canceling more than 5 business days prior to session or if session is canceled due to lack of registrations.  Refund less $5 (processing fee of $5 withheld) if you cancel within 5 days prior session date.  No refund after session has begun.  For more information, please contact SCORE, (320) 240-1332.
